Preparing for birth can bring excitement, uncertainty, and plenty of questions—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Every family has different needs, preferences, and hopes for their birth. We take the time to get to know yours, combining childbirth education with personalized doula support to help you feel informed, prepared, and supported throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early days at home.

During pregnancy, our prenatal meetings give us time to build a relationship, talk through your preferences, and prepare for the decisions you may face. With unlimited access to our in-person childbirth classes, you and your partner can learn what to expect, practice comfort techniques, and ask questions along the way.

In the labor room, our support is hands-on and responsive to what you need. That might look like helping with position changes and breathing techniques, facilitating conversations with your medical team, or showing your partner how to support you in a way that feels good to you. We help you ask questions, understand your options, and communicate your preferences so your voice is heard and respected.

Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, choosing an epidural, or preparing for a cesarean, we offer steady support and help you work through any changes along the way.

Doula support is family support—we’re here for both of you. We help your partner build the skills and confidence to support you, offer reassurance when things feel unfamiliar, and step in when they need a break. Together, we help you feel connected and supported as you welcome your baby.

Our care continues after birth with a postpartum visit to check in on your recovery, talk through your birth experience, and offer guidance with feeding and newborn care.
